Online dispute resolution: the EU Commission provides a platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and sell the app. The data controller is David Michael Pflügl (contact above).
Hosting & logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, and time of access — to deliver and secure the site.
Purchases & licensing. Payments and license keys are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes the data needed for the sale (name, email, billing and payment details) under its own privacy policy. The app validates your license key with Lemon Squeezy’s API and checks for updates from cannedweb.app; it does not send us your browsing or usage data.
Analytics. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. We keep a simple aggregate tally of app downloads — a running total with no personal data and no cookies.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). To make a request, email david@okaybrand.co.
Terms & refunds
Canned Web is licensed, not sold. A license is a one-time purchase that covers one machine at a time; you can move it between Macs by releasing it first from the operator screen. Future updates are included. A 14-day free trial lets you try the full app before buying.
Refunds. If Canned Web isn’t right for you, email david@okaybrand.co within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a refund. Because there’s a free trial, we ask that you use it to confirm the app fits your needs first.
Right of withdrawal. As the product is downloadable digital content that begins immediately, EU consumers acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may lapse once the download/activation starts. This does not affect the goodwill refund above.
No warranty beyond the law. The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; mandatory statutory warranty and consumer-protection rights are unaffected. Austrian law applies.
